Michael is a member of the Australian Institute of Marine Surveyors and The Company of Master Mariners. Captain Perham had 16 years seagoing experience in general cargo, Ro-Ro, bulk and container vessels before commencing work in the shore-based marine industry. He has worked as a surveyor for 25 years, founding and successfully expanding M.P.M.S. Pty Ltd during that time. As well as a specialist in motor vehicle surveying, Michael’s expertise includes general surveying, containers, on & off hire and P & I surveys.
